Hello, hello and how is everyone today?! I'm here to post about another beautiful wedding that I had the pleasure of working last Fall. I believe I met Samantha through her sister. Her sister, Heather, hired my team over the summer for her wedding and then recommended me to Samantha for her wedding in November. Referrals are one of my favorite things.
I met Samantha for her trial run and she told me she wanted a soft glam kind of vibe for her makeup. There was lots of neutral tones, but she wanted to have a somewhat bold lip color. I was totally here for that because I knew it would be the perfect pairing with her dark hair. I got to know her a little and found out that her and Aleks met at the University of TN at Chattanooga and then moved to Nashville together shortly after that. I only bring that up because I grew up in the Chattanooga area so I knew about a lot of areas and people and places she was talking about. Although, I haven't been back in forever, so you know it's changed since I lived there in the early 2000s.
Here is a list of makeup products I used in case anyone is interested in this kind of thing. And once I hear back from the photographer, I'll post wedding photos at the bottom.
Temptu perfect canvas airbrush foundation in no4, Elf hydrating camo concealer in Light Beige, Maybelline FitMe translucent powder, Benefit Hoola bronzer, Morphe warm blush palette, ABH x Amrezy highlight, Morphe brow pencil in Mocha, ABH Modern Renaissance palette on the eyes, KVD super pomade in Graphite as the liner, random waterproof mascara, Kiss Shy lashes, and ColourPop lip liner in Obvi topped with a similar matte lipstick to really lock in that color
There wasn't too much of a difference with the tweaks I made between the trial run and the wedding day. Samantha asked for more glitter (my kind of girl!!) and she had a difference hair vine. She is already a stunning girl to begin with and I love that her wedding day made her shine.
