Sally is a bride who was referred to me by her photographer, Hannah, and I love it when there is vendor connections in this town. Sometimes you just have an easy "click" between people and we continue to work together in different ventures. Hannah is such a sweet soul and I'm glad we've worked many times in the past and hopefully more in the future! And with that being said, I'm going to make this blog post short and sweet today.
Nars radiant longwear foundation in Gobi and Yukon custom mixed, Elf hydrating camo concealer in Fair Warm, Maybelline FitMe translucent powder, Benefit Hoola bronzer, Sydney Grace blush in Peaches & Cream, Benefit Cookie highlight, Morphe brow pencil in Mocha, ABH Modern Renaissance palette on the eyes with Mac Vanilla pigment on the lids (loves the cranberries too), KVD super pomade in Graphite with big wing, mascara, Kiss Sequin lashes, and ColourPop lip liner in Skimpy topped with a mix of Bobbi Brown lipstick in Sandwash Pink and Mac Japanese Maple.
Before I get to posting the pro photos, here are some wedding day photos I took of more makeup I did. The first is the bride and I know you've seen her makeup look from the trial pictures above, but sometimes we tweak things.
And now's the time to share some wedding photos! Sally sent me some last week and she was also so sweet to leave me a review. I'll include it below.
I absolutely loved working with Meghan! She nailed my wedding makeup! It was exactly what I wanted and it turned out beautifully. I told her I wanted a semi-glam look without it being over the top and she did it perfectly. I felt so pretty on my wedding day. Not onlly was the makeup perfect, but Meghan was so nice, friendly, and easy to get along with. She didn't pressure me into doing a look I didn't want and really listened to me. She is a pro, and I highly recommend working with her.
Also, here are some vendor shout-outs.
