Miss S

Miss S reached out to me about doing her hair and makeup for a secret photo shoot back in early August. Her photographer was actually the one who referred Miss S to me. I love that Nashville is like a big-small city and everyone knows everyone especially in the "arts" world. Miss S met at my house for her makeover and we got to know each other a little. Found out that she's doing this photo shoot as a present for her husband. It'll be there 1 year anniversary soon and thought this would be the best kind of present. Um, yes, please!!

These are the makeup products I used to get Miss S's fab makeup look. I also want to point out because it seems a little "off" in photos when all I snap is a picture of their faces. Sometimes it looks like clients' faces cane appear darker with the makeup on and it's not really. I match closer to their body tones and a lot of times the face and neck are lighter. So when you see just a snap image of the face with a before-and-after like these, yes, it can seem like I didn't know how to color match. But when you see it in real life, the whole thing makes sense.

Products used:

Nars radiant longwear foundation in Vallauris, ColourPop pretty fresh concealer in Light45W, Makeup Revolution Luxury Baking Powder in Banana, Benefit Hoola bronzer, Sydney Grace blush in Peaches & Cream and highlight in Mauve Moment, ABH brow wiz in Medium Brown, Sydney Grace shadows on the eyes, Inglot black gel liner, mascara, Kiss 11 lashes, and Morphe lip liner in Mina topped with ColourPop luxe lippie in On Display.

And while I already knew that Miss S did not want to share any of her images, she did give permission for me to share her hair and makeup. Her hubby is going to be continually picking his jaw up from the floor when he sees these images. I just know it!
