Miss K

Miss K came into Kristen's Ashland City studio last months for her very first boudoir photo shoot experience. She's been following Kristen online for several years now and finally decided that now was the time to book it. She has a toddler and just like many women (myself included), we forget to love and celebrate ourselves when we're raising a family. Miss K wanted to book this photo shoot to get back to embracing and celebrating herself and I LOVE that so much.

I had the pleasure of doing her hair and makeup and here is a list of the makeup products I used in case anyone is curious. I've also said this a million times, but if you have even the slightest hint of red in your hair, I will most likely suggest a red lipstick. They pair SO freakin' well and as you can see in my before-and-after pics of Miss K, she can totally rock a red lippie too!!

Products used:

Charlotte Tilbury airbrush flawless foundation in 1&3 mixed, then used 1 as the concealer, Laura Mercier translucent powder, ColourPop bronzer and blush, Benefit Cookie highlighter, ColourPop brow pencil in Honey Blonde, Sydney Grace shadows on the eyes, KVD super pomade in Graphite as the winged liner, Essence mascara, Kiss Velvet lashes, and ColourPop lip liner in Bossy topped with Mac Ruby Woo

Yay!! I found out this week from Kristen that Miss K signed her model release and that just means that she gave Kristen permission to share her images outside of the studio. Now, I will say that it doesn't always mean that they WILL be shared, but Kristen has the option to share them. But on the other hand, I benefit when a model release is signed because I can share them in my portfolio. Didn't Miss K SLAY this session?!
