Miss K came in to see Kristen Fonville back a few weeks ago for her very first boudoir photo shoot. She's never done anything like that before and she was a little nervous when she first arrived, but after we got to talking, you could tell she was getting more comfortable. It's always a little scary the first five minutes being in some next-to-nothing clothing with a photographer you've just met. But it's a piece of cake after you get over that first tiny hurdle.
These are the makeup products I used for Miss K. Since she had a tan complexion, I knew working some gold colors in the look would be perfect. And I curled her hair using a flat iron so that we could keep as much length as possible but still give it a cute bend.
Nars radiant longwear foundation in Barcelona, Elf hydrating camo concealer in Light Warm, Maybelline FitMe translucent powder, Benefit Hoola bronzer, Sydney Grace blush in Georgia Peach and highlight in Sugar Cone, Morphe brow pencil in Jet, ABH Soft Glam palette on the eyes, KVD super pomade in Graphite as the liner, mascara, Kiss no11 lashes, and Rimmel lip liner in Epic topped with Morphe cream lipstick in Brown Sugar.
Miss K did not want to sign a model release and that's totally alright with me and Kristen. There's never any pressure to share the images. But at least she was cool with me posting her before-and-after images below.
