Kim + Cody

One of Kim's friends, Jessica, reached out to me last year about doing hair and makeup for her bestie's wedding in January. I had worked with Jessica in the past and I'm glad she reached out and I could see her face again! They all live out in the direction of Cookeville or further, so the wedding was set at The Salt Box Inn in Cookeville. And that particular weekend in January, it snowed, so it made for this beautifully picturesque drive in and the barn and everything surrounding the venue was covered in snow. Some of it melted by the time everyone was ready, but it was still gorgeous.

Here is a list of makeup products I used on the bride in case anyone is curious. She requested a typical (but still stunning!) bridal look and I knew we could knock out the whole look outta the park.

Products used:

Nars radiant longwear foundation in Punjab, ColourPop pretty fresh concealer in Light50W, Maybelline Fit Me translucent powder to set, Benefit Hoola bronzer, Sydney Grace blush in Peaches & Cream and highlight in Golden Wonder, Morphe brow pencil in Hazelnut, Sydney Grace shadows on the eyes, Inglot black gel liner, mascara, Kiss no11 lashes, and ColourPop lip liner in BFF topped with Maybelline lifter gloss in Moon.

I only made notes of the bride's makeup, but I can certainly figure out what I used on the others based on their pictures below. Just say the word if you're interested and I can get that product info for you!

Kim wanted a low bun with some face framing pieces left out and I'm always down for a low bun. It suits most face shapes too. One of the other ladies wanted a half up style and the other wanted a side-swept, undone kind of pony. Give me all the variety, please! :-)

And because one of the bridesmaids was a past client of mine, she asked the bride for pictures and she sent over a few. But I do not know who the photographer was. I'll have to find out that info and will come back and update this post later.
