Kaz reached out to me last summer about needing a hair and makeup artist for her late October wedding. I was somehow available (October gets booked a year in advance, no joke) and after we talked some through email, she booked me. We did a trial run for hair and makeup (pics below) and I got to know her a little. She and Lofton met kind of through her mom. He used to be a bartender at Amerigo downtown Nashville and they met there. They've hit it off and obviously now getting married! They both live in Columbia now but wanted to plan their wedding in Nashville at the same place her parents wed. So sweet!
These are the makeup products I used on the trial run. And from what she told me after handing her the mirror, she loved the look! I don't expect her to tweak anything on the wedding day, but I'll update this post if anything does change.
Products used:
Temptu s/b airbrush foundation in no4, ColourPop no filter concealer in Medium 22, RCMA no color powder to set, Tarte Park Ave Princess bronzer palette, blush palette on top left color, ABH x Amrezy highlight, ColourPop brow pencil in Bangin' Brunette, ABH Modern Renaissance palette on the eyes (shimmer pink on lids, bottom left and taupe in crease, dark brown in outer corners and along lower lash line), Inglot #77 black gel liner with baby wing, mascara, Kiss Poise lashes, and Rimmel Blushing Babe lip liner topped with ColourPop luxe matte lipstick in Electric Feel with a tiny bit of gloss on top.
This was my plan for her hair. Her hair has a wispie, pulled back look with low bun. I teased all over the top, pinned back like it's half up, then sectioned the bottom in two pieces and twisted and pinned it all up.
These are some pics of Kaz's trial run. I'm IN LOVE with this classic makeup look as well as the timeless hairstyle she decided to go with. It all suits her so well!
