Kathryn found me when she was searching for a hair and makeup artist for her wedding back in the fall last year. Her photographer, John Myers, has a list of wedding vendors that they recommended in case any clients of theirs needs help deciding on others to hire. Since my name was on that list, she reached out to me asking if we could set up a trial run to test out her hair and makeup. Those pictures and products details are below if anyone wants them.
Products used:
Mac strobe cream or Saie glow gel as her main skincare base, Temptu s/b airbrush in no2 (but may need to color match again at wedding if she spray tans), Elf hydrating camo concealer in Light Beige, Laura Mercier setting powder only in center of face because she likes light/fresh/dewy complexion, Benefit Hoola bronzer, Morphe warm blush palette, Benefit Cookie highlight, ColourPop cool cocoa brows with lots of feathered brow gel, Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance on the eyes (light brown, shimmer on lids, taupe and tiny bit of dark brown in outer corners), Cookie highlight appplied in inner corners of eyes, dark brown shadow liner but consider using pencil and smudging for longevity, Essence mascara, Kiss 03 lashes, and ColourPop BFF lip liner topped with Huda Beauty Angel lipstick - still deciding on overdrawn lips or not
After Kathryn had some time with this hair and makeup look, she followed up with me to say she decided she didn't want her lips overdrawn and she also didn't want any face framing tendrils or any tendrils hanging out of the bun either. I was happy to make those adjustments for her!
