Photography and Videography: Photo and Film by Luann

Luann reached out to me earlier this year about working a styled bridal photo shoot with her. But then Covid happened and we had to postpone. We eventually got it back on the books for this summer, masks in tow, and had such a fun day planning out this photo shoot. I love working on these kinds of things every other month or so because it gives me an appreciation for all the vendors involved if it were a real wedding day. And it's always a plus when you're friends with the photographer. Luann is such a great person and I always love the opportunity to work with her and her husband.

Below are the makeup products I used for the "bride's" look if you're wondering how I got from Point A to Point B. And Luann didn't really have a specific hairstyle in mind, she just told me "do something bridal". So we went with a classic chignon-type of low bun.

Products used:

Nars radiant longwear foundation in Sahel used as base and concealer, Makeup Revolution Luxury Baking Powder in Banana, Benefit Hoola bronzer, ColourPop blush in Glass Slipper, ABH x Amrezy highlight, ABH brow wiz in Medium Brown, Sydney Grace shadows on the eyes, Inglot black gel liner, mascara, Kiss Couture lashes in Corset, and ColourPop lip liner in Bumble topped with Bobbi Brown lipstick in Beige 2.

I've been anxiously waiting for the photos to be available to post a few becauuuussseee while I was packing up that day, I saw that there were TONS of green tones and some fun hats and florals and so many other things in the venue that I know was going to photograph well. Eeeek!

Now, I'm only going to be posting things that relate to the hair and makeup since that's my specialty, but CLICK HERE if you want to view more!
