Caitlin found me on The Knot's website when she was searching for hair and makeup artists. Her wedding is set at the end of October and we set up a trial run in July. She brought her friend with her to help with any nerves of meeting a new person and I felt like we clicked really well. It's pretty important that I click with a client as well as have easy conversation. The vibe can just feel "off" if things like that don't align.
Anywho, here are the makeup products I used on Caitlin and the side-by-side photos are at the bottom. Doesn't she remind you of Brittney on Glee?

Temptu s/b airbrush foundation in no4&6 custom mixed, ColourPop pretty fresh concealer in Light45W and Medium 85N mixed, Makeup Revolution Luxury Baking Powder in Banana, Benefit Hoola bronzer, ColourPop blush in Excuse My French and My Sun and My Stars on the apples, ABH x Amrezy highlight, Morphe brow pencil in Biscotti, Sydney Grace shadows on the eyes, Inglot black gel liner, mascara Kiss 11 lashes, and Rimmel lip liner in Epic topped with ColourPop luxe matte lipstick in Electric Feel.
We curled her hair using a standard curling iron and teased throughout to give the glam waves and I know it'll be perfect with a hair accessory on the side. I used a hair piece that I had in my closet so she could envision it better at the trial run.
With the shit-show that 2020 was for most of us, Caitlin originally had to postpone her wedding. But when I followed up with her regarding the new date in August, she told me that she and Adam decided to elope back in October and are not doing a wedding celebration any longer. I did want to show off her makeup in a post at least!
