Ashley + Joseph

I am so behind with posting about my past bridal clients that I feel like I should be walking around with a forever cringe emoji face on my own face. It's like, I get to working non-stop during wedding season and tell myself I'll get back to requesting photos. And before long, it's like a year later. And that's what happened in this case. Ashley got married in the winter of 2021 so it's been just over a year since I've done her hair and makeup, but she was so kind when I emailed her about photos.

Here is the trial info in case anyone is interested. This is the list of makeup products I used and pictures below that. If there is anyone out there interested booking with me, I don't require a trial run be scheduled when booking a wedding. I've done plenty of weddings with AND without them. So it's up to the client whether they want to try out their look ahead of time.

Products used:

Temptu perfect canvas airbrush foundation in no2, Elf hydrating camo concealer in Fair Warm, Maybelline FitMe translucent powder, Benefit Hoola bronzer, Morphe warm blush palette using just the neutrals for blush, Benefit Cookie highlighter, Morphe brow pencil in Jet, ColourPop Bare Necessities palette on the eyes (mauve purple shades, vanilla matte and darker purples), KVD super pomade in Graphite as liner with a baby wing, Essence waterproof mascara, Ardell no421 lashes, and ColourPop lip liner in Obvi topped with Morphe Wifey

On the wedding day, Ashley told me she wanted to choose a lighter lip color, but still in the same color family if possible. And she didn't know what kind of knot she wanted in her half-up style. But by the wedding day, she wanted a more Celtic knot, which meant I had to watch a tutorial or two to figure that out, but it was stunning with her style.
