Juliana + Tim
Juliana found me as her hair and makeup artist by a recommendation by her wedding venue, Riverwood Mansion. I'm a preferred vendor with them and I also love that they reside in the same zip code as me. Lol. I always find it joyous when I don't have to travel very far for a wedding. Anywho, Juliana scheduled a trial run with me at her house, also in the same zip code (sweet!), and used that for her engagement photo session. And then on the wedding day, we got ready at a nearby Air BnB. Her group of ladies were so chill and easy to hang out with that morning. I wish all my wedding parties were this great.
Below are the makeup products we used for her trial run if you're curious how I got to her "after" look. I love how fresh it turned out! And I curled her hair using a curling wand.
Moisturizer, primer, Temptu s/b airbrush foundation in no4 and no6 mixed, ColourPop no filter concealer in Light 16 (maybe do one darker next time), RCMA no color powder to set, Tarte Park Ave Princess bronzer palette, NYX Sweet Cheeks blush palette, Mac Soft & Gentle highlight, ColourPop brow pencil in Champagne Blonde, ColourPop You Had Me At Hello eye shadow palette on the eyes, Inglot #77 black gel liner, mascara, Kiss Shy lashes, and Mac Whirl lip liner topped with ColourPop gloss in Aquarius.
And just to note, we changed up her hair on the wedding day. It was a little wet when we did the trial so I curled it the best way possible, but she told me on the wedding day that she wanted it more "boho" which is telling me "more relaxed". It didn't hurt my feelings one bit that she wanted to change it. We did a few different braids into a half-up style as well as adding some wired flower accessories to it. We also changed her lip to a red instead of the pinky-nude. I always diiiiiie for a red lip on a bride. It's so stunning!

Laura has a little bit of a darker style of photography -- not dark, but definitely not super light and airy compared to some of the other photographers in the area -- and I'm living for it. It fits so well with the style of the venue in East Nashville too. Enjoy the photos!
