Miss K

One thing I love about working with Kristen Fonville doing makeup and hair for her boudoir clients is that we don't apply a set "look" to every head. I talk with each lady and really hone in on what type of look she wants. We don't have to go "ham" with the smoky eyes or don't have to do a red lip. It's all a matter of what you're comfortable with and what you'll like in the end.

Miss K came into Kristen's studio in late November and told me she really loves plums so I decided to keep simple colors in the crease and on the lids and we added the plum in the outer corners to give us that smoked out eye look.

She also told me she hasn't worn makeup since college, so I knew I didn't want to get too crazy with the overall look because you also need to feel your best and not worry with what your makeup is translating to on camera.

Products used:

Tarte Shape Tape hydra foundation in Light Sand, Nars radiant creamy concealer in Custard, RCMA no color powder to set Tarte Park Ave Princess bronzer palette NYX Sweet Cheeks blush palette, nothing on those fab brows, ColourPop Good Sport eye shadow palette on the eyes, black liner, mascara, Ardell demi wispie mink lashes, and Mac lip liner in Stone topped with Morphe lip gloss in Wifey.

And I found out as of today, her images are ready! I've got permission to share a few below. Enjoy!
