Emma + Jeremy

I met Emma back in September when we trialed the hair and makeup look for her wedding day schedule for mid-November. I'll have to look back in my emails, but I'm like 98% sure she was a referral from a previous bride and I love meeting new brides this way! I probably say this way too often or maybe I see only the best in people, but I honestly thought Emma and I clicked pretty well... enough to become real friends if our paths were to ever organically cross.

Anywho, Emma and Jeremy are such a sweet couple and I was honored to be able to do hair and makeup on the wedding day as well as share it with three other assistants. It's good to have a group of ladies who can help you out when wedding schedules get tough.

Somehow I lost the trial makeup pictures, but I did take plenty of notes as soon as I got home that night of the products I used. Below is that list if you're curious what we used.

Products used:

Temptu s/b airbrush foundation no4, ColourPop no filter concealer in Light 14, RCMA no color powder to set, Tarte Park Ave Princess bronzer palette, Mac Melba blush, ABH Amrezy highlight, ColourPop dope taupe brow pencil, ABH Modern Renaissance palette on the eyes (burnt orange in the crease, love letter and the dusty purple mixed to define crease, maroon color for edges of "halo", and stila magnificent glitter and Glow liquid shadow in Retro Rose Gold in the center), Elf black gel liner, mascara, Kiss Pompadour lashes, and Jeffree Star liquid lipstick in Gemini.

We did the hair curled with a wand and pinned half up with twisties. She also incorporated a rhinestone headband which was stunning.

Emma messaged me closer to the wedding date and asked if we change up the hairstyle. She said that after she went back to the bridal gown shop and did her last fitting, she realized the style we trialed with just didn't fit anymore. Instead she wanted something more sleek, all down, and more of a "classic" curl as opposed to a wave. After she showed me a picture of her in the gown, I 100% agreed with the changes.

And as of today, I got some images back from her photographer. Below is some vendor info and hope you enjoy these photos!
