Lyndsey + Sam

Lyndsey reached out to me about her October wedding needing hair and makeup and I can't quite remember how she found me because she booked in April. Actually, now that I'm typing this out, I'm like 90% sure one of her friends booked me and that friend recommended me. Small world! Lol. Anywho, we set up a trial run before the wedding and below is more info on makeup and hair if you're curious.

Products used on bride:

Temptu s/b airbrush foundation no4, ColourPop no filter concealer in Light 18, RCMA no color powder to set, Tarte Park Ave Princess bronzer palette, NYX Sweet Cheeks blush palette, ABH Amrezy highlight, ABH Medium Brown brow wiz, Mac silvery foiled shadow on lids, UD Naked Basics on the rest of the eyes, little shadow on lower lash line, Mac Coffee liner on bottom and double thickness on top with a tiny connected wing, mascara, Ardell demi wispie lashes, and NYX Nude Beige lip liner topped with Bobbi Brown lipstick in Sandwash Pink.

I don't require a trial run for brides that book with me because some know exactly the look they want. But if you're a bride who is unsure with what works best with your face shape, a trial gives us that chance to play a little. And while Lyndsey and I did play a little with colors, she loved using silver on the eyes and thick brown liner to bring out her beautiful eyes. The half-up hairstyle looks great on most everyone!

On the wedding day, I did 3 bridesmaids hairs, 1 makeup, plus Lyndsey's hair and makeup. Below is the one other makeup I did, but I didn't snap any pics of the hairs because it's styles you've seen before. Two were low, messy buns, and the other you can kind of see from this picture. Waves and one side pinned up works beautifully on short hair.
